This User Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions for your use of the Zerui application (the "App"), a creative photo editing tool developed to help you transform images into unique artistic shapes. This Agreement takes effect on January 4, 2026 and applies to all users of the App.
Zerui grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable guidelines and restrictions within the App, and to refrain from any use that may damage, disrupt, or impair the App's functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information associated with your use of Zerui, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Zerui provides features including immersive home interface with motion-responsive moon, photo masking with patterns (hearts, stars, clouds, etc.), dark-themed design, and intuitive gesture controls. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the App at any time, with or without notice, to improve the user experience.
All creative content you produce using Zerui (edited photos, artistic shapes, etc.) remains your property, and Zerui does not claim ownership of such content. However, you grant Zerui a limited, non-commercial license to use anonymized usage data to improve the App's performance and features.

Zerui may store your edited photos locally on your device, or offer optional cloud storage features (if available). We recommend that you regularly back up your content, as Zerui is not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, app updates, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We may release updates to Zerui to fix bugs, add new features, or improve performance. You agree to install necessary updates to continue using the App. For technical support or questions about the App, you may contact our support team at the email address provided below.
